Our Story

As serial founders ourselves, we've been through the startup journey more times than we can count. We've felt the pain of setting up customer support systems when all you want to do is focus on building your product.

Every support tool we tried was either too complex (requiring DNS configuration, email server setup, and a week of onboarding) or too expensive (charging per agent when you're just starting out). We needed something that just worked. Something we could set up in literally 60 seconds and forget about.

So we built Really Simple Support. No DNS records. No email configuration. No complex integrations. Just a simple form, a shared inbox, and automatic email notifications. Everything you need to provide great customer support, and nothing you don't.
