Q. Is this just a contact form?
A. No. When a user creates a ticket on your
support
page it appears on your support dashboard. At that point you, or the user,
can add comments or attach images. Each participant is notified via email when a
new reply is added to the conversation.
When the support issue has been resolved you can mark it as "done" and it is
removed
from your dashboard. You can also "pin" tickets, should you wish.
Q. How many support agents can I have?
A. We're trying to do things a little differently with this product. You can have as many agents as you like. No limits.
Q. How customisable is the support page?
A. Quite. You can style the page up with your own brand colors and upload your logo.
